We’re proud to be part of the Katonah Village community. Through thoughtful field trips, local connections, and meaningful giving activities, our students learn what it means to be engaged, caring members of the community from an early age.
At the Heart of Katonah
Learning Beyond the Classroom
We are fortunate to have a strong relationship with the Katonah Village Library, which we visit often. Their team helps support our literacy program, enriches our author studies, and even hosts our very own KVK Gallery Opening, where our students’ artwork takes center stage.
Our students also learn beyond the classroom through visits with wonderful local partners, including Muscoot Farm, the Katonah Fire Department, and Westmoreland Sanctuary—giving them opportunities to explore, ask questions, and connect with the world around them.

A giving culture
Connecting confidence to kindness
All year round, we focus on giving and kindness. All KVK students experience how wonderful it is to not only be part of a supportive community but to have a lot of fun giving back to it.
This helps each child develop deep connections and feel powerful within their community.
